Starting a new journey into a life of exercise and overall wellness, or just getting back to working out, can be intimidating. Make Exercise a Habit! Research has shown that it takes 21 days to establish a habit. That means that it will take 3 weeks, of being consistent with what you want to make a habit, before your brain will be re-wired to that new habit.
A gym membership is not required to get you started on this “move more” journey. Check out our easy moves that you can do in the comfort of your own home. If you can take some baby steps and do these exercises 3-4 times each week, you’ll be so much closer to reaching your goals.
Give yourself time to make the habit stick. One week is not enough. Be consistent in your plan and you'll move forward very quickly toward your goals.
